    Prince Yukio

    Thursday, September 22nd, 2011

A good friend of mine recently adopted a lovely silver tabby named Yukio. He is an 8 month old bundle of trouble that does not have many cat like behaviours. For one he adores water and getting wet and he has several dog toys which he just loves to chase…or maul.

Not the very subtle sorta chap..

One of the fav toys is this squeaky doggy toy that kinda looks like a severd bunny head. And once he gets excited he will give you that excited face…

Once he calms down though he is quite a poser..

Sometimes he needs a little help..

Most of the time though, he is a natural!

Seriously, he just has that “royal cat” look down pat..

And my last two favs from the session. One with his mom, and the other showing off the shiny marble floors of his home :D

    MnM: Shine

    Sunday, September 18th, 2011

A short blog post today to feature an adoptable black kitten boy named Shine. He was found by Aunty V near her block.  He is about three months old, has been de-wormed and had his first vaccination.

    Very friendly chap too :)

Quite a few interesting faces he has too.. the shocked..

    The suspicious…

    And the “Tasty toes”

One more portrait shot for the handsome boy!

    Sentosa Shoot: Bobby

    Wednesday, September 14th, 2011

Bobby recently won a contest called “You’re family too”  by a magazine called VegVibe , a lifestyle magazine for Vegetarians. Here is a short excerpt from his contest entry “For the first 5 years of Bobby’s life, he was passed around like a toy. (Owner >> SPCA >> someone took him from SPCA.. before he came to us) He wasn’t allowed in the house and wasn’t given his daily walk. Despite all these, he is still extremely trusting towards humans (can’t say the same for big dogs). He is the greediest Shih Tzu ever, and he eats anything and everything.”

That last bit proved quite useful during the shoot as his “Mom” told me he would much prefer to laze around the beach if there was no food involved. True enough we started with some stationary shots to get him warmed up..

He does look quite dashing in that hat though he has other thoughts about that…

Then to perk him up, it was time to break out the cheese :D

Even got him to run a little :D

Once he took to the sea though he was quite different.. he did shrink by about 50% :D

He also liked chaing his little lamb around, but after one failed attempt to grab it, he ended up with a mouthful of sand and quickly lost interest..

We ended off with  a large family photo of Bobby and his friends :)

Congrats again on winning the contest :D
