First up some of the Older kitties, playful Echo  the tortie and manja Winky the b/w kitten.

Next batch comes from a rescue of some kitties from French Road, now known as the Frenchies. They are still a little bit sick but have been recovering well lately.

There are two ginger boys, Jaimie (left) and Marcel (right)

And their sister Chanel

She is the playful sort too..

Next up we have three kittens from the “Whities Group”. First one being Princess who likes to play but on on her terms. She also has the roundest eyes of the batch

Next up is the very hyper Ellis

She can entertain herself for long periods with a simple little jingle toy

And enjoys a little rough housing with her brother Aryan..

Aryan, is a very handsome cat and he knows how to work the camera..

He can look like a goof-ball while playing though and can be quite a handful.

But its hard to say no to such a face eh?

Most of the cats are free-roaming such as this contemplative black kitty.

While others watch you like prey from the grass..

Some will prefer to do what all cats universally like to do..

Some cats rally knew how to pose. Here we have a modelling couple and a solo star

They also have a cattery where the cats not too well adapted to outside life or have special needs can stay.

With the volunteers, there is always plenty of love to go around!

First up are three orange kittens you might not recognise. First up Banana (L) and Brulee (R)

And little Bran

All are up for adoption except Brulee who is still on medication for flu.

Next up are siblings Tango (top) and Winky  (bottom)

Why Winky you ask? Well this picture should demonstrate quite clearly.

Winky also undergoing some treatment for flu and was apparently falling sick while we were there That didnt stop him from playing with and annoying a familiar looking kitten..

Recognise her yet? Its Simone! She is now almost 4 months old nad has been eating plenty lately Good to see her appetite back!

And lastly we see Echo. Compare her before and after shots Her eye is still slightly closed but way better than before.

She has recovered very well and now loves to play more than anything!

And we end of with a quick shot of their mascot cat Sayang. Who would prefer it with less hyperactive kittens running around

First up what is cuter than one kitten? How about six! These tiny ones are not quite ready to be adopted yet as they are too young and are dependent on thier mom’s milk. They should start weaning soon though!

Bree’s kittens

Bree has also taken on these other three kittens found elsewhere.

Also a little too young to be adopted yet is Simone. She was found in a small box by my gf’s sister near her house. She brought the kitten over to Love Kuching during her lunch break where Bree has been a very good foster mommy.

Joey is still on rehab due to a skin infection but she should be adoptable soon!

Next up we have Bamboo, a very fiesty boy..

Who has an equally active brother called Berry.. who goes straight for the throat!

And the fairest of the lot, Barley

And finally the very sassy Kit, a pretty tri-colored girlwho would not keep still for very long

We ended up resorting to bribing her with treats.

We end of with pretty boy Wes who has been adopted already Here he i enjoying a belly rub..

First are are the feisty pair of Wine (red tabby) and Seven (silver tabby) who have been successfully adopted!

They play quite roughly together and Wine seems to be the more outgoing one…

But once alone she becomes a little more reserved..

Slinky, their founding member.

Sayang, the mascot who likes to lie down on top of the cat tree

Scooter, who was kinda grouchy=p used to take care of the new kittens

Sealy (aka gong gong) the Siamese with a delayed reaction time

Messing with your perception is one of his many talents as well!

Yes he maybe a little awkward,

There is no denying he is a handsome fella!

First up is Bob who, when found could not even walk due to nerve damage. Today he is very much active though has trouble coordinating at times.

Next we have Palette who was just vaccinated recently and will be available for adoption soon. Hard to resist that little ball of orange

Then we have the very hyperactive Woody(Tabby) and Lana (Black). I’ll let the pictures do the talking..

Woody really is full of energy..

He did stop long enough for me to take a snap though

Lana on the other hand was much calmer though this photo might suggest otherwise..

She is quite a poser though

First up is a bi-coloured girl called Shogi

While she was friendly, she still preferred to keep her distance from me as I was a stranger. Still she was obliging with the poses though.

Then there was Ah Lian, called as such due to her very gangster like character.

She does have a very interesting tri-colour mix of white-tabby-ginger though You can tell she is questioning why I’m taking her picture =p

Meditations

She is a cat through and through with a swagger as she walks through her territory and confidently looks out across her domain

Its always interesting to meet street cats, you will never be short of surprises

Reading her blog posts, you don’t get just cute dogs/cats in a variety of poses to feel your desire for all things adorable and furry, but she also helps fellow photogs with posts on how to run a photography business with the latest one about the importance of a feasibility analysis. Oh and she also finds time to teach as well!

Despite her busy schedule, she still managed to find the time  to do a calendar swap with me (See her post here!)

I came home one day to find this on my desk all the way from Seattle.. (yes I blanked out my residential address =p ) Gotta love the sealing sticker hehe!

What’s on the inside? Well I was not expecting s many things! There was a calendar, name card, post card, bookmark, fridge magnet ! On the left we have the inside of the calendar itself showing a Fergie clone

In addtion there was also this little gem

One of her many graffiti dogs..

And of course the inside had lovely handwritten note (gah now i feel bad for not doing the same )

Well Jamie and Fergie thanks again for agreeing and hope you like the one i sent! Will definitely find a nice wall to hang it on!
