Meet Booley the retired K9 Belgian Malinois. A very play motivated chap, he absolutely loves tennis balls. Still a little high-strung due to his recent retirement, he is slowly learning to relax and just be a dog.

More adoptable kittens to share today! Here we have a pair of seven month old siblings who are up for adoption They have both been de-wormed but not sterilised and vaccinated yet. The rescuers suspect some rag doll genes in them too.

Both give their best puss-in-boots look

Contest Winner: Douglas

Thanks to Shi Ting aka @lobsterpaints, Douglas and his family won the free photo shoot. The day of the shoot started out gloomy with some rain at our chosen location, the Marina Barrage park. While the humans were glum, Douglas was still happy to meet new people!

We then headed back to another place where it was thankfully drier and we could let him run free

This tongue hanging out thing was going to become a common theme =p

A quick chill by the pool side…

Then we ended up on the couch where he did protest at having to pose so much

Hope they managed to get all the fur off the couch in the end

You may remember this feisty little fellow whom I photographed back last year. Gordon is still on the look out for his forever home.

Picture on the left was taken in early January and picture on the right was taken on the 25th Feb 2012

He has grown to be a feisty and playful character…

Quite a bit longer too!

Like any cat he does like to hide under objects to wait for his prey (your legs) and does get curious with things.. No need to fear about your legs though as he is very gentle

How can you say no to that face?

Nat Geo’s Free Pet Shop Adoption Drive

Organised by National Geographic Channel , it’s the largest adoption drive in Singapore to date. What is unique about this is the spotlight on mongrels. I had went down to check out the buzz and despite the rain, there was a good-sized crowd and plenty of dogs

Happy Sundog all! I trust that your year is off to a great start Lets kick off 2012 with some dog photos!

First up we have Texas the chihuahua who has already found his new home (YAY!)

Next up is little Yuki who is still looking for her forever home. This was taken when she was about 5 weeks old, she should now be almost 2 months ! Merry X’Mas and Happy new year to all! This holiday season why not give the gift of a new life for this sweet boy. He is naturally playful and loves to explore..

As you can see, poor yellow had not much peace during this session.

He will definitely need quite a bit for supervision in his new home..

His alertness and curiosity are just too cute.
