    Sengkang Riverside: Schuyler

    Tuesday, September 6th, 2011

I first met Schuyler (said Sky-ler) at his birthday party two years back. His mom decided that this year his big present would be to get a portrait session done! While he was not quite interested in either food or his toys he was fond of his mom which was quite enough :)

We decided to start out the shoot with some high energy shots to burn off his excess energy. This led to interesting expressions

I must admit we did have one small scare once though but thank goodness for long leashes :)

Once he was calm though he was a natural..

And one of my favs from the session..

    Jester and Junior – Sengkang

    Wednesday, August 10th, 2011

I met these two lovely schnauzers at Sengkang riverside park a two weekends back. This was my first shoot at the park and we were blessed with a lovely sunny morning to have some fun with!

We began with romping around the large empty field. Most people wont wake up this early on a Saturday, snooze and you lose the morning light!

Once they were more settled down from all the excitement it was a little easier for them to keep still for longer than 1/250th sec

They do look dashing in black and white :)

Thanks for waking up so early Momma W. Hope you like the pics of your sons.

    Sundog: Fun at the pool

    Saturday, April 30th, 2011

Here’s a short collection of shots showing just how some hot sundogs like to cool off in the tropical heat courtesy of the Mutts N Mittens Pool.

Yellow and Mika just enjoying the water

Leo and Nereus waiting to retrieve their fav toys..

(left) If you don’t throw it soon enough he will make this :| face.. (right)but once you do he really goes for it!

Here are some of the very agile little JRT’s with their jump techniques. First up is Leo

And Russell who manages to get a little bit more hang time :)

Leo does like to take alternative routes at times and will climb out on the side with no steps!

And of course there is the shake-dry…

Hope you enjoyed the pictures and have or are having a great Sundog!
