    Caturday: Dulcetfig Kitties

    Saturday, September 10th, 2011

This is kind of long overdue post considering I snapped these cute kitties all the way back in June this year! These three lovelies belong to Dulcetfig a cosy little clothing shop in Haji lane which has vintage inspired clothing.

The two more outgoing ones are Jack and Estee

Estee is the more curious one.. as well as the more confident one…

She also has this thing for butt scratchies :D

And next we have Jack the little poser..

    And the shy girl Ampang..

      Have a happy Caturday!

    Caturday: Charlie and Jasper

    Saturday, July 30th, 2011

Sometime in March, I made a blog post on how my sister and I found two kittens along with their subsequent rescue and re homing. I recently got the chance to catch up Tea, the boy with the broken leg, to see how he was doing at his new family. He is now known as Charlie and was adopted together with Jasper who at the time was also looking for a new home.

M did a great job of giving them a good home with Charlie so active and Jasper with his generous proportions :D

Jasper was slightly more timid but warmed up with some ham (they love it!) and toys.

I did catch him in a  few un-glamorous poses but we all had a laugh :D

No denying he is a handsome boy though :D

My main objective though was to meet Tea now known as Charlie. Not only was he active even with a broken limb, he has even regained some use of it! Unless you looked closely you would not be able to tell he was even injured given how active he is.

You can only tell that there is something up with his leg by the way he sits but otherwise he is an active and playful kitty!  I spent plenty of time playing with him, making him run around till he got tired.

And yes he did eventually end up sleeping :)

One more (and my fav) shot of the little fighter..

It has been a pleasure to see how well Charlie has grown and how much happier he is now living with M. Thanks again for giving him and Jasper a home and hope their antics don’t break too much of your stuff!

    Love Kuching: Adoptables 3

    Saturday, June 4th, 2011

Went to see some adoptable kittens last weekend as well as to catch up on some familiar kitties!

*Much thanks to @daphnemaia @scookys and @sarahcoldheart for being impromptu assistants :)

First up are three orange kittens you might not recognise. First up Banana (L) and Brulee (R)

    And little Bran

All are up for adoption except Brulee who is still on medication for flu.

Next up are siblings Tango (top) and Winky  (bottom)

Why Winky you ask? Well this picture should demonstrate quite clearly.

Winky also undergoing some treatment for flu and was apparently falling sick while we were there :) That didnt stop him from playing with and annoying a familiar looking kitten..

Recognise her yet? Its Simone! She is now almost 4 months old nad has been eating plenty lately :) Good to see her appetite back!

And lastly we see Echo. Compare her before and after shots :) Her eye is still slightly closed but way better than before.

    Before

    After

She has recovered very well and now loves to play more than anything!

And we end of with a quick shot of their mascot cat Sayang. Who would prefer it with less hyperactive kittens running around :D
