Puppy Portraits: Yeti

By April 15, 2011February 23rd, 2017Portraits

When I first saw Yeti, I thought she was a small-sized Doberman 😀 If not for her mom telling me that she was an Australian Kelpie I would not have known.  Being my first encounter with a Kelpie I was certainly very excited.бизнес

She was equally excited too and in a true working dog ethic was raring to go! Naturally we decided to get some action shots out of all that boundless energy.

After that it was time to show off some tricks with a little bribe of course..

She had learned to do a high five but I kept missing the shot..

As a working dog, keeping still outside was quite difficult for her but after chasing the ball a few times she did get tired out eventually 😀

Her face is very expressive and coupled with those bat-like ears, it just makes it all the more interesting to see her expressions

Many different expressions indeed

One of my favs from the session, she looks positively stunning in profile 🙂

After she had her fun, we went on back for the indoor session where she showed me her toys (my what big teeth you have)

Chillaxing on the bed 😀

Being naturally curious about things, she would do this cute little head tilt that i just had to capture 😀

We ended off the session in the patio where she obliged me with a nice full body shot. She really will grow up to be a stunner!

Thanks again Rachel, Ben and Ollie for the fun time and the chance to photograph Yeti 🙂
